Some people like it, other don't. I belong to the first group. Your success rate ultimately depends on how you use it to engage with others and whether that engagement funnels them down that path to a sale.

@Ricardo Bueno - good point, how you use social media has everything to do with the results you'll gain. i've dropped a few posts both here and on AgentGenius lately about the lack of folks adopting strategy in their social media activities... it ain't rocket science but you gotta have some sort of design to follow when you're building it.
